I want you all to keep in mind. Donald Trump was the only president to Federalize 1 Million Reserve Components to Active-Duty with Executive Order 13912 using Title 10 Section 12302.

He also directed equal authority to Secretary of Defense to Federalize with EO 13919 using Title 10 Section 12304.

People we are bo longer under Covid-19 mandates/emergency. So why didn't these laws & orders become terminated or revoked? Now there is a reason why I bring all of this up. For optics arresting D. Trump will only allow the public to view the potential arrest of high target figures like Obama, Clinton, or Hollywood, neutral and not a political hit job as an act of revenge by D. Trump if he too is in custody for perceived crimes.
