Chip’s Thoughts: Why so much rejection and unwarranted anger from the people closest to us that we love and negativity and spitefulness from our “Patriot” friends fighting the same battles? I believe it involves more than immaturity and an inflated ego that says it is all about me. To begin, people have preconceived ideas of how the world should work and operate, and they react when it is challenged and confronted. This modus operandi can be a good or bad. It is good when one’s MO or world view is in line with solid biblical principles. But I want to address how its ill effects affect and alter relationships. Why do our family members and the people we love and cherish attack us, sometimes viciously when we are trying to help them? Why do they reject us even to the the point of separation and being cut off? Why won’t they even listen to us?

It is simply because you are opening up to them a thought world that violates their entire world view and goes against the grain of their preconceived ideas of what is real and not real. You have invaded their protected and safe understanding of their world. How they have come to those guarded views are either by indoctrination from the MSM or other external forces and influences such as parents, guardians, teachers, and even some “churches.” These powerful views are difficult to break through, because you are taking them out of their comfort zone. They do not enjoy being made to feel discomfort and see it as an attack against their power and control. They are self protecting. It is an assault on what the perceive as critical to their mental stability. To have a complete alteration of a new way to see things is terrifying to them. To admit that what they have believed all their lives might be wrong challenges their very survival. It scares them to death. The frustration is felt by both parties. They are frustrated because you have challenged them to see something brand new, and you are frustrated because they fail to see what is so obvious to you. Why can’t they see this, you say? What is more frustrating is that when you show them proof (the real and fake Biden for example), they still reject it. They just cannot accept another world view that is contrary to their belief system. This is far beyond cognitive dissonance. It is flat out brainwashing. You should read George Orwell’s classic “1984.” The human mind must undergo a real transformation of thinking. It takes dedication and perseverance and time.

Concerning our Patriot friends who have gone over to the “Dark Side,” they are simply frustrated that things did not go their way failing to grasp the deeper meaning and extent of what this movement is truly about. The are literalists. They see only black and white. The depth of evil we are dealing with goes beyond mere black and white solutions. They have not grasped the Truthers’ true roles in this movement. They are expecting from them answers they simply do not have and are therefore angry.

Hopefully this brought to your attention the power the Holy Spirit must utilize to convert a sinner dead in sin. It is the same power God used in the creation, to bring light out of darkness, to be transformed from the dominion of darkness and brought into the kingdom of His dear Son; Colossians 1:13. Regeneration is not to be equated with coming into the knowledge of our current political situation. The former is spiritual, the latter is of the world, but it certainly begs the question that it sure seems to be another impossible task to get our loved ones, friends, and coworkers to see the light. Pray for them. Our hope is that when this all goes down, it will then be a much easier task in convincing them of what you so passionately tried to tell them at first.
