The Quantum Sanction Effect
Or, the Fix that was In is No More

What happens when a worldwide Quantum Financial System sees a “sanctioned account” in any national bank in any country? That’s a good question to chew on. Since the full details on QFS haven’t yet been shared, we can extrapolate what happened on the former financial System. It's a New Day with all New Rules.

Every sanctioned account, on the US Treasury controlled Central Banks daisy-chain are put on hold. The spigot is shut tight and not a drip is allowed to travel anywhere. Every account with an individual’s name attached is put “on hold” whether corporate, savings, on or off ledger. There can be no movement of money going anywhere when there are sanctions. No payments, no outgoing or incoming money. No new accounts established with the sanctioned person’s name. Nothing having anything to do with banking. Credit cards are frozen. Everything goes into the deep freeze.

Today we heard that Russia announced personal sanctions against U.S. President Joe Biden, and 12 other Americans, including his son Hunter Biden. Beyond President Biden and his son, the list of sanctioned Americans includes, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, former Secretary of State and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, CIA Director, William Burns, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, White House Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, Deputy Assistant to the President for National Security, Duleep Singh, Director of the Agency for International Development, Samantha Powers, First Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, Adewale Adeyemo and President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import, Bank, Reta Jo Lewis.

The Russian Foreign Ministry also said it would look to expand the list of sanctioned Americans in the near future “by including top U.S. officials, military officials, lawmakers, businessmen, experts and media people who are Russophobic or contribute to inciting hatred towards Russia and the introduction of restrictive measures.”

What effect with these sanctions have on RV GCR?

Will this be the push to get these (toxic, evil, corrupt) people to do the right thing?

There’s a great question and the very one we all want to know! What authority around the world, does Putin’s Russia have on the QFS and the RV GCR? The answer will rest in the International World Court and demonstrate the support/coherence of all of Europe and the entire world. This is a Checkmate, game over. Thank you, President Putin! We will all know quickly because this must be the cause for the End Game. For now, we know that Russia is happily allied with and supporting many strong, prosperous nations including China. If the sanctions that Russia has imposed through legal means, backed by the World Court; are not followed by the Banking System, there will be Hell to Pay.

Where will this Russian Sanction go from here?

We can know that this Chess Match of Titans is never over till we see history written in the rearview mirror because the victor always writes the history. For now though, it’s looking like game over. The Biden Cartel, the Clinton Cartel, (the LGBTQ led) Military Industrial Complex, are all cornered and will have no way out. Freedom wins.

To highlight this statement, the word from many on this score, including Ministers in Iraq when asked about their postponement on the IQD exchange rate, is it doesn't matter. Everything is handled.
