Comments on Phil's 10 Feb 22 show continued.

There is a 6 part summary of the show posted now on Phil's Telegram page by Chip. This will be a lot more brief, but hopefully a bit more complete.

The major part of the call was an analysis of an article which Phil just came across. He hinted that it told the "truth" as Phil understands it, and for that reason, he postponed his planned program, in favor of the current one.

The information starts with the Texas AG's lawsuit against the states which did not fallow their own law when certifying the 2020 election. Texas said that they will be harmed by the states who disregarded their own laws. We were shocked when the SCOTUS denied certiorari, ie, refused to hear the case. And when Trump's new justices failed to vote in favor of hearing the case.
Phil shows how the court, in denying certiorari, was upholding the constitution. And the law. Texas had not yet been harmed, so they had no standing (no "future crime" ) and the court had no competency to hear the case. And the failure of the states to obey their own laws was a question of enforcement of the law, not a constitutional issue.

If the SCOTUS had chosen to hear the case just because a petitioner didn't like the results of the election, that would set a dangerous precedent for the future! And as Clarence Thomas hinted, it is likely that the court would have a genuine reason to hear the case in the future!

The rest of the discussion concerned the current process of getting the states to obey their own laws, and decertify the election when appropriate, which we could call Option A, or a new option B.

Option B is the possibility that, as it appears that POTUS Trump was found to have some documents in his papers donated to the National Archives, there may have been a Presidential Emergency Action Declaration (PEAD) written and possibly SIGNED by POTUS, but not yet released to the public or the government. The possibility is that such a PEAD might declare POTUS to be the lawful President in Exile, and once that PEAD was presented, the military would have the obligation to restore the presidency to POTUS Trump.

The arguments are interesting and likely real. Phil indicates that he has firm information that POTUS did want to use the Option B at the time, but he was dissuaded from doing so, in favor of the long game we are watching now.

I find it interesting to recall that in WWII, when Philippines were invaded by Japan, the Philippine Vice President, along with a group of officials, boarded a US warship en route for USA, and he set up a government in exile, which fostered support for Philippines in the US government and public. After the president died, this vice president assumed the presidency, and he resumed the government in his country after Japan was defeated. A precedent, perhaps?

Phil also said that he would continue to post advertisements on his TG page, and that he made no money doing so, but did help some friends, and gave some encoded information, such as the timing, when he did so.

As for his encoded verbal recording, I have no idea what it was about. But I have learned that there is a lot that I don't know about certain subjects, including Phil's encoded messages, which have been used in the Q messages, and I will likely learn about them in the future if I don't shut my mind against it.
